On Sept. 6th on 2009, I finally got back up to Berkeley Springs, W.Va., to see some great friends from my days living in Winchester, Va. My great friend (Joltin') Jim McCoy, who first put Patsy Cline on the radio, and is in all of her life stories, has a party every Labor Day weekend at his nightclub, "The Troubadour".
